Retza continues Satya’s 2021 release schedule this October with the Feel EP. It acts as the label’s first output in six months, after YokoO, Matthew Dekay, Zone+ and Retza’s Basics VA in April.

Australian talent Retza makes a welcome return to YokoO’s recently-launched Satya label this October with the Feel EP. The four-tracker marks the imprint’s second release of the year, after the Basics VA in April.

Waiting To Go leads the charge, taking the form of a stripped-back minimal number packed full of looping percussion and whispering hats. Nene soon arrives, as dubby tones and gentle drum patterns create a cosmic feel throughout, before Hip ups the tempo courtesy of a chunky, groove-led bassline. Feel (Sometimes) completes proceedings, bringing the celestial journey to a jovial close thanks to ethereal synth solos and shimmering, dream-like chimes.
